We dispatch from the EU. Free shipping on orders over $250. Most EU orders arrive within 2–4 business days, international 5–10 days.
Lyophilized peptides ship at room temperature in protective packaging. Pre-loaded pens and reconstituted compounds ship cold-chain with insulated packaging and ice packs.
Lyophilized vials: −20°C, protected from light. Reconstituted peptides and pens: 2–8°C. Always refer to the COA for compound-specific guidance.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a vial has left our facility. We will replace any product that arrives damaged or fails our purity guarantee.
