Refund & Return Policy.

1. 30-day satisfaction window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us about any issue with your order — damaged package, missing item, wrong product, or a vial that fails our purity guarantee. Email returns@puritybaselab.com with your order number and a short description (and photos when possible). We respond within one business day.
2. Eligible for refund or replacement
- Package lost in transit (after the carrier's investigation).
- Vial broken or visibly damaged on arrival.
- Wrong product or wrong dose shipped.
- Cold-chain failure indicated by the temperature monitor.
- Product that does not match the Certificate of Analysis or fails our ≥99% purity guarantee.
3. Not eligible for return
Because our products are research compounds requiring strict traceability, sterility and cold-chain integrity, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Vials whose tamper-evident seal has been broken.
- Reconstituted or partially used compounds, pre-filled pens already activated.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged through improper storage by the customer.
4. Refund procedure
- Contact returns@puritybaselab.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Our team confirms eligibility and — when applicable — issues a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the package and validate the issue, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been prepared in our cold-chain facility (typically within 12 hours of the order). Once dispatched, the standard return procedure applies.
6. Refused or undeliverable shipments
If a shipment is refused at customs, returned to sender or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we issue a refund of the product value minus the actual outbound shipping cost and any carrier-imposed return fees.
