Shipping Policy.

All orders of $250 or more ship free worldwide via our standard cold-chain service. The free-shipping threshold is calculated on the product subtotal before tax.

Orders are prepared in our temperature-controlled facility within 24–48 business hours of the confirmed payment. Orders placed after 14:00 CET on Friday are processed the following Monday.

Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped in insulated boxes with phase-change gel packs and a temperature-monitor strip. Lyophilized peptides are double-sealed in tamper-evident packaging with desiccant. Discreet exterior — no product information on the outer box.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier picks up your parcel. All shipments are sent with full tracking and signature on receipt to ensure proper handover and chain of custody.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are invoiced by the carrier on delivery. We provide accurate customs documentation describing the contents as research chemicals.

Report any lost or damaged shipment within 7 days of the carrier's last tracking event by emailing returns@puritybaselab.com. We replace or refund all confirmed losses.

Due to local regulations, we are unable to ship research compounds to a small number of jurisdictions. Restricted addresses are flagged automatically at checkout.
