Terms of Sale.

These Terms of Sale govern every order placed on puritybaselab.com with Purity Base Lab ("Purity Base"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

All products sold by Purity Base are research-grade compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research. They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics. They must not be administered to humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist or licensed professional acting within the scope of your professional activity.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and may evolve. Availability is shown in real time on each product page; in the rare case where a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. Shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes — when applicable — are calculated at checkout or invoiced by the carrier on delivery. Purity Base reserves the right to amend prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email from Purity Base. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in case of:

• Failed KYC or compliance verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or payment irregularity.
• Shipping address located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Product no longer available.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA bank transfers and selected crypto-currencies. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers. Purity Base never stores your full card number.

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier; however we replace any package lost or damaged in transit when reported within 7 days of the carrier's last tracking event.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Because of the nature of research compounds (sterility, traceability, cold-chain), opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.

Purity Base guarantees that every batch is independently tested by third-party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with a purity of ≥99%. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request for every lot.

If a product fails our purity guarantee, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purity Base's liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We accept no liability for any misuse of our products outside of the research framework, including but not limited to administration to humans or animals.

All content on puritybaselab.com — text, images, logos, branding and design — is the property of Purity Base Lab and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
