About Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of human GHRH (1-44) stabilized by an N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl group, extending its biological half-life. It is one of the few GHRH analogs approved by the FDA (Egrifta) for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, making it a reference in research on visceral adipose tissue, the GH/IGF-1 axis and lipid metabolism. Each 10 mg vial is synthesized in solid phase following cGMP-aligned protocols, purified to ≥99% HPLC and confirmed by mass spectrometry. Mechanism of action
