About Thymalin
Thymalin is a low-molecular-weight polypeptide complex originally isolated from bovine thymic tissue and now produced through controlled synthetic and bio-extractive routes. First characterized in the 1970s by Russian gerontology institutes, it has since accumulated decades of literature on T-lymphocyte maturation, thymic involution and immune homeostasis in aged organisms. Researchers use Thymalin to study the recovery of cell-mediated immunity, neuroendocrine-immune interactions and the modulation of inflammatory cytokine cascades. Each 10 mg vial is supplied as a sterile lyophilizate, sealed under inert atmosphere and accompanied by a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. Storage at −20°C preserves activity for the full shelf life.
Mechanism of action
Modulates T-cell maturation and restores immune homeostasis through thymic peptide signaling pathways.
